Todd Margules serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Growth Officer. In this role he is accountable for securing incumbent work, creating new business opportunities, and leading IntelliDyne’s Growth Team.
A client-focused leader with over 20 years of cross-industry experience, Todd has a proven track record of driving impactful changes to business and technical productivity. He is a mentor, trainer, and coach of multidisciplinary teams that routinely exceed performance expectations and deliver innovative IT solutions.
Prior to his role as Chief Growth Officer, Todd held several senior positions with the company, serving as Vice President of Strategic Growth, Vice President of Defense Health Solutions, Senior Director of Application Development & Modernization, and Program Manager. In these roles Todd was responsible to identify and develop business opportunities including contract growth, partnering, and capture, resulting in 20% organic growth of an incumbent contract.
Todd has demonstrated expertise in Program and Project Management, Process Improvement, Software Development, Agile Methodologies, Solution Delivery, Budgeting, and Cost Management. He is a recipient of IntelliDyne’s Leadership Award and Outstanding Employee of the Year.
Todd graduated from Metropolitan State University of Denver with a BS in Computer Science. He is a Project Management Professional, certified ScrumMaster, certified Configuration and Data Manager, and holds a Security+ certification. Additionally, Todd sits on the Computer Science Industrial Advisory Board at MSU Denver.
