If you are attending DHITS at the Caribe Royale in Orlando this year, be sure to stop by the IntelliDyne booth (#902). The Defense Health Information Technology Symposium (DHITS) is a three-day event sponsored by the Defense Health Agency (DHA) and attended by government, military, and information technology professionals.
What’s the best time to visit us at our booth? Well, anytime. But, we’re hosting a margarita happy hour along with our co-sponsors Perspecta on Wednesday, July 31 at 5:00pm at our booth – come start the end of your day with us!
Why We Attend DHITS
To build the best products and provide the best service, we put a premium on learning and listening. For IntelliDyne, DHITS is an opportunity to meet other industry professionals in order to share knowledge, explore innovative ideas, discuss lessons learned, and to consider future developments. That happens best when we meet person to person.
You may also recognize a few faces providing conference support from our teams located at DHHQ, San Antonio and Aurora! Our local deskside team will be onsite supporting and troubleshooting IT needs for clients attending the conference this week.
Lastly, we will be sharing some of our Solutions & Capabilities, including our DashBlox products and our RPA initiative, which are representative of our expertise in Enterprise Infrastructure Management, Data Analytics, RPA, and Application Development.
DashBlox Demo
Everyone struggles to make data actionable. We can help.
Come see a demo of DashBlox, which provides operational insight into every aspect of an agency’s Enterprise IT Infrastructure Operations in a single, integrated analytics application. It leverages the power of data analytics to provide instantaneous access to the timely, accurate operating status of the enterprise and performance of the support team.
RPA: A Response to Agency IT Needs
What is RPA (Robotic Process Automation)? A real-life example might illustrate it best:
During a site visit to one of our Defense clients, we were approached by a mid-level security engineer who literally begged for a solution to relieve the daily pain caused by a process to identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities on end-user devices. This single task was full of time-wasters that included the opening of multiple applications to identify, patch, and secure each vulnerability, all of which were painfully rewarded with a requirement to manually produce multiple reports documenting the activity.
We embedded the security engineer’s business rules into our RPA artificial intelligence process, which then works 24/7 365 days per year performing tasks that, previously, a human would have to do. In this case, the security engineer could recapture valuable time that can be used for more complex, non-manual tasks, directly impacting organizational effectiveness, increasing productivity, and corralling costs.
Robotic Process Automation enables you to create software robots (‘bots”) to automate just about any of your business processes. They can interact with your systems or applications the same way you do. Bots can learn. Using technology that mimics human behavior to interact with existing human system interfaces, RPA essentially allows the creation of a virtual digital workforce, capable of performing simple to complex repetitive data entry or data movement tasks and business processes.
All of this to say… stop by this week. We can’t wait to see you!
