This year we’re not only celebrating our successes, but the success of our people, especially those who have been with us for the long haul.

How long have you been with IntelliDyne, Armando?
I’ve been with IntelliDyne for 16 years!

How has your role evolved since you first joined IntelliDyne, and what were some key moments or projects that contributed to your growth?

Since joining IntelliDyne, I’ve had the opportunity to work on a variety of projects across different sites, from Lincoln Center to Bank of America and now Tech II. These different learning experiences have allowed me to grow both technically and professionally.

Early in my career, I gained valuable experience in data center operations, troubleshooting hardware and network issues. I was involved in the initial setup of critical infrastructure, including domain controllers and essential services like Exchange and security solutions.
As I progressed to Senior Systems Engineer, I took on more complex challenges, such as large-scale migrations and upgrades. The transition to O365 and the recent Windows 10 to 11 upgrade are prime examples of these.

I believe that by collaborating with my talented team members and embracing new challenges, I will continue to grow with every new opportunity.

What values or principles do you believe make IntelliDyne a unique and successful company? Can you share a story or example that illustrates these values in action?

IntelliDyne’s commitment to its employees is what truly sets it apart. The company fosters a supportive work environment that values both professional and personal well-being. For example, as a parent of young children, I’ve found it invaluable to have the flexibility to adjust my schedule when needed, such as when a child is sick or has a doctor’s appointment. These small gestures, like approving time off, or offering congratulations with baby gifts, demonstrate the company’s genuine care for its employees.

Beyond work-life balance, IntelliDyne is dedicated to employee growth and development. My managers have consistently supported my pursuit of certifications, providing resources and support. This investment in my career has been invaluable.

Finally, IntelliDyne’s appreciation for veterans is commendable. As a former hopeful Air Force recruit, I appreciate the company’s recognition of the sacrifices made by those who have served our country. Participating in our Military Resource Group (MRG) allows me to connect with service members and veterans while contributing to a meaningful cause.
