Robert L. Grey
Founder

Mr. Rob Grey is responsible for IntelliDyne's overall business direction and market strategy. Since founding IntelliDyne in 1998, he has served as President and CEO, leading the company on a path of solid growth and profitability. In 2004, IntelliDyne's revenues grew more than 19 percent over the previous year.

Mr. Grey has over 15 years of diversified technology leadership experience. Before founding IntelliDyne, he held engineering, management, and executive positions at Electronic Data Systems and BTG, Inc. He's managed multiple large-scale IT programs for DoD/HA, TRICARE, Veterans Affairs, Army, Navy, and Air Force customers.

At BTG, he directed new business development activities for the company's Government Health Care Group, substantially building that company's revenues and business relationships in the DoD and VA Medical market sectors. As a Group Manager within EDS, he directed activities and personnel of a large business unit that he conceived and built over a 5-year period.

He holds a B.A. from George Mason University, and is a graduate from the EDS Systems Engineering Development program.

Robert T. Grey, Jr.
Managing Member

Former US Ambassador Robert T. Grey, Jr., is the Managing Member of IntelliDyne, L.L.C. Mr. Grey, served for more than 35 years in the federal government, holds a B.S. from Dartmouth, a J.D. from the University of Michigan, is a member of the DC Bar, and a graduate of the National War College. He served as Director in the Office of Environment and Scientific Affairs; Acting Deputy Director of the Arms Control and Disarmament Agency; Political Advisor to the Supreme Allied Commander Europe; Counselor for Political Affairs, U.S. Mission to NATO in Brussels; and by Presidential appointment, Ambassador and United States Representative to the Conference on Disarmament in Geneva.

Stephen Alfieris, Jr.
Chief Executive Officer

As IntelliDyne’s CEO, Mr. Alfieris reports directly to the Chairman and Founder of IntelliDyne, Mr. Robert Grey. Mr. Alfieris is responsible for all facets of the company’s strategy, tactics, and execution. In his role, he is responsible for the company’s expansion goals, customer care, employee development, new customer acquisition, offer development, quality of service, financial oversight, and overall daily operations.

Prior to joining the company, Mr. Alfieris was the Divisional Vice President and General Manager at a Fortune 500 organization with worldwide operations for the US Federal Government vertical. Through his leadership, the Federal Systems Division grew substantially and continues to be the federal market leader in Information Lifecycle Management solutions and services.

Over his 20 year tenure, Mr. Alfieris worked in Customer Service, Systems Engineering, and multiple Sales Management roles before leading the company’s efforts in the federal government market. He attended Devry Technical Institute in addition to completing multiple Executive Management courses

Ken O’Neal
Executive Vice President, Chief Operations Officer

Mr. Ken O’Neal serves IntelliDyne as the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for the company. In this role, Mr. O’Neal is responsible for the executive sponsorship, development, oversight and continuous improvement for all of the company’s customer programs, as well as the management and development of the IntelliDyne operations staff.

Mr. O’Neal brings to IntelliDyne an extensive blend of entrepreneurial experience, knowledge and demonstrated execution of sound business practices, and a broad technical and services background in Information Technology. He has 30 years of proven success in business development, organizational growth and development, and operations and management to include the development of business strategy and vision, partner identification and management, customer relationships, marketing, sales, negotiations, and operations management. Prior to his work at IntelliDyne, Mr. O’Neal has served in executive management roles in both Fortune 500 companies as well as entrepreneurial and designated small businesses, to include small disadvantaged businesses in the Small Business Administration’s 8(a) program.

Mr. O’Neal is a hands-on entrepreneur whose “Do what it takes!” work ethic has enabled him to build and grow businesses, develop sales and delivery infrastructure, provide trusted leadership to employees and manage financial and operational risks. He has a demonstrated ability to establish credibility with multiple federal government agencies to include EOP, DOS, DOD, , CDC, SEC, DOJ, FBI, DHS, CBP, and MHS.

Joseph W. Kuhn
Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer

At IntelliDyne, Mr. Kuhn serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He is responsible for overall management and direction of IntelliDyne’s strategic financial activity. In addition, Mr. Kuhn provides executive direction and leadership to the teams responsible for corporate finance, accounting, compliance, legal and contracting functions.

Mr. Kuhn is an accomplished financial executive with more than 25 years of financial, operational and strategic planning experience working with entrepreneurs and management teams to successfully build high growth technology companies and create shareholder value. His management team experience ranges from start-ups to publicly-held multinationals. Throughout his career, Mr. Kuhn has raised over $600 million in debt and equity capital to fund business plans.

Most recently, Mr. Kuhn served as CFO of Fishbowl, Inc., a venture-backed provider of on-demand marketing software and services for the restaurant industry, where he strengthened the financial organization and aligned resources with strategy to support the company’s growth. Prior to Fishbowl, Mr. Kuhn was CFO at NextPoint Networks, a provider of convergence technologies and secure interconnectivity solutions where he led the company through a complex merger and eventual sale to GENBAND. Mr. Kuhn previously served as CFO of venture-backed Mobile 365, Inc., a global leader in delivery and settlement of mobile messaging and data services, where he scaled a global organization during a period of hyper growth until the sale of the business to Sybase. Mr. Kuhn also served as CFO of OPNET Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ:OPNT), Wisor Telecom Corporation, Ciraden, Inc., and Alaris Medical, Inc. (NYSE:AMI). Mr. Kuhn began his career in public accounting at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Mr. Kuhn earned a Bachelor’s degree in accounting from Rutgers University and is a certified public accountant.

Scot Faulkner
Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer

Mr. Faulkner is the Chief Administrative Officer at IntelliDyne. He is responsible for administrative management and overseeing the daily operations of Corporate Services in the company to include Facilities, Human Resources, Information Technology, Quality and Security. Mr. Faulkner works closely with department directors to ensure execution of growth strategies and quality initiatives.

Mr. Faulkner is the author of the critically acclaimed bestseller, “Naked Emperors; The Failure of the Republican Revolution”. He has advised numerous corporations on strategic change and leadership. He also worked with governments and corporations in emerging economies. His articles on leadership, management reform, and global competitiveness are published in various major publications. He has appeared on Bloomberg, CBS News, CNN, CSPAN, FOX, NPR, PBS, VOA, and talk radio.

In 1995, Scot Faulkner was elected the first Chief Administrative Officer of the U.S. House of Representatives. He oversaw a $1 billion annual budget and all non-legislative operations, serving 14,000 employees and 3 million tourists. His business-based reforms rebuilt the integrity of House operations and saved over $148 million. His reforms became a model for the operation of 44 national parliaments around the world and were named one of the Top 100 Innovations in American Government by the Ford Foundation and Harvard University.

Mr. Faulkner was the National Director of Personnel for the Reagan Bush Campaign of 1980. He went on to serve in the Presidential Transition and on the White House Staff. During the Reagan Administration, Mr. Faulkner held executive positions at the Federal Aviation Administration, the General Services Administration, and the Peace Corps. His accomplishments have been recognized with 26 management awards and four letters of commendation from a former President of the United States.

Mr. Faulkner earned a Masters Degree in Public Administration from American University and a Bachelors Degree in Government from Lawrence University. He studied at the London School of Economics and at Georgetown University. He serves on the boards of numerous corporations and foundations including: World Trade Partnership, Kinexum Pharmaceuticals, The Fund for American Studies, the American College of Dentists’ Professional Ethics Initiative, the Journey Through Hallowed Ground Partnership, and the George Washington Institute of Living Ethics.

Fern M. Ward
Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Counsel

Ms. Fern Ward oversees IntelliDyne's Contracts and Legal Department. In this capacity Ms. Ward directs compliance and contracting activities; including writing, reviewing and negotiating IntelliDyne's contracts and other legal documents

Ms. Ward has over 14 years of federal contracting experience. Ms. Ward holds a J.D. degree from George Mason University and a B.S. from Eastern Michigan University. She is licensed to practice law in Virginia and is a member of the American Bar Association, as well as the Virginia and Fairfax Bar Associations. Ms. Ward also holds a Contract Management certification from the National Contract Management Association demonstrating expert knowledge of FAR regulations.

William Maguire
Senior Vice President, DHS Solutions

Mr. William Maguire is the Senior Vice President responsible for the operations, growth and development of IntelliDyne’s Department of Homeland Security market segment. Mr. Maguire oversees all program and project operations for IntelliDyne’s work with the DHS and will lead strategic efforts to grow IntelliDyne’s business in accordance with the company strategic plan.

Prior to joining IntelliDyne, Mr. Maguire worked for San Jose State University, where he served as the University’s first Chief Information Officer, creating a strategic technology plan for 21st Century operations, including management and operations of the infrastructure and applications required to run the institution. Prior to working at the University, Mr. Maguire was the Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Virgin America, where he helped launch the airline. He was responsible for designing, building, and managing the entire infrastructure and cutting edge technology requirements for airline operations and the planes as well. He spent 23 years at the US Postal Service where, among other duties, Mr. Maguire was responsible for the operations for a large scale datacenter (one of the ten largest in the country at the time), helping to manage the organization’s $1Billion IT budget and a staff of several hundred people. Mr. Maguire’s experience as both a business development executive and operations and personnel manager in commercial and government environments has earned him recognition as a trend setter in the Open Source Solutions world.

Joseph G. Felber III
Senior Vice President, DoJ Client Executive

As the Department of Justice (DOJ) Client Executive, Mr. Joseph Felber leads and manages IntelliDyne’s DOJ business to include contracts with the Executive Office of U.S. Attorneys, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and the Justice Management Division. Prior to taking over leadership of DOJ, Mr. Felber managed IntelliDyne’s Enterprise Services Division, which included the Department of Defense (DoD) Health Affairs Advanced Technology Integration Center contract; business with the Air Force Surgeon General; City of Falls Church; Town of Herndon; and commercial contracts with IMS, Maximus, and New World Tours. From March 2001 to February 2003, Mr. Felber served as the Engineering Manager and Deputy Program Manager for IntelliDyne’s DoD Health Affairs TRICARE Management Activity contract.

Before joining IntelliDyne in 2001, Mr. Felber spent 3 years in GE's Global Exchange Services as a Program Manager for Extranet Solutions and Professional Services. As Program Manager, he was responsible for the development and integration of Web-based, global electronic software applications that increased clients’ supply chain efficiencies and market share potential. Prior to GE, he spent 6 years at Electronic Data Systems (EDS) in various client management, operations, technical support, and network engineering positions. Mr. Felber’s most significant success at EDS was managing the implementation of an ATM Wide Area Network for the National Guard Bureau.

Mr. Felber served 4 years in the U.S. Army, from 1987 to 1991. He was both a Battalion and Company Fire Support Officer in Doha, Kuwait, and served as a Platoon Leader during Operation Desert Storm where he received the Bronze Star Medal for Meritorious Service.

Mr. Felber received a B.S. in Engineering from the United States Military Academy and holds an M.S. in Telecommunications from George Mason University.

Leo Scott Peterson
Senior Vice President, DoD Health Affairs Executive

As a Senior Vice President and Program Manager, Mr. Scott Peterson is responsible for senior management oversight and operational functions for the Health Affairs/TRICARE Managed Activity Network, an IntelliDyne-managed operation since 2000.

Mr. Peterson joined IntelliDyne in 2003 as the Asset Manager charged with maintaining software compliance, receiving, warehousing, reallocation and tracking, and developing a database repository of over 8,000 IT assets. Shortly thereafter, he became the Operations Manager and was responsible for network operations for the HA/TMA Network in Falls Church, VA. He was promoted to Senior Vice President in 2005.

Mr. Peterson retired from the U.S. Army with over 29 years of service. As an Army officer, he held progressively responsible senior managerial and operational positions in personnel, resource, and systems administration. His last position on active duty was as Combat Arms Division Chief of the Enlisted Personnel Management Directorate, U.S. Army Personnel Command in Alexandria, VA. The Division managed the personnel assignments, training, and records of more than 100,000 enlisted combat arms soldiers. Mr. Peterson is an accomplished leader and manager with a proven track record for motivating individuals and teams engaged in complex, problem-solving situations. He is experienced in creating environments where high levels of interaction between clients, individuals, and teams ensure that business requirements are determined efficiently and communicated accurately, resulting in cost-effective and timely delivery of services.

He holds an M.S. in National Resource Strategy from the National Defense University, an M.A. in Management from Webster University, and a B.S. in General Science from the University of Iowa.

Michael W. Monroe
Senior Vice President

Michael Monroe directs day-to-day activities for the Department of Defense’s (DoD) Advanced Technology Integration Center (ATIC), an IntelliDyne managed operation since 2000. He provides executive-level leadership and champions quality programs such as configuration management, continuous process improvement, and Capability Maturity Model Integration® (CMMI). Through the ATIC, Mr. Monroe manages DoD TRICARE activities and associated information technology environments and plans, directs, and controls program performance, cost and schedule milestones, implementation, and contract maintenance.

Mr. Monroe joined IntelliDyne in 2005 with over 26 years of information technology and business development experience in industries that include healthcare, federal contracting, business process reengineering, information assurance, and operations management. Mr. Monroe spent a significant part of his career in leadership positions at the IBM Corporation where he managed large, complex technical projects with budgets exceeding $35 million.

Prior to IntelliDyne, Mr. Monroe was a member of senior management teams at Forbes Consulting & Associates, LLC; Global Management Systems, Inc. (GMSI); and SCI Consulting Services. At Forbes, he established and built business controls to ensure appropriate focus on revenue, expenses, and profit/loss. As the lead executive for the Federal Business Unit at GMSI, he provided direction and leadership to senior managers; oversaw revenue growth, profit/loss management, strategic planning, customer satisfaction, and business development; and managed a portfolio of large and small government agency contracts. While at SCI, Mr. Monroe led an initiative to provide assessment and expertise in business continuity and contingency planning, while managing the daily operations of SCI’s largest contract at the U.S. Agency for International Development.

Mr. Monroe’s earlier career includes almost 20 years in information systems management where he led complex large-dollar contracts at all stages of the contract lifecycle and monitored and improved the financial performance of operations at local, state, and federal levels.

Mr. Monroe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Strayer University, where he graduated magna cum laude, and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.

William Boyd
Vice President Capture Management

Dr. William Boyd is the Vice President of Capture Management. In this role, Dr. Boyd is responsible for the strategic development and execution of IntelliDyne’s business development activities to include marketing, new business generation, proposal management, and growing the company’s existing accounts. Dr. Boyd plays an integral role in achieving the company’s corporate vision of strategic growth. As a leader, he has demonstrated the ability to motivate and inspire teams to respond to the challenge of changing market conditions, resulting in increased revenue generation and exceptional team morale.

Prior to joining IntelliDyne, Dr. Boyd was the Senior Vice President of Operations for an Information Technology Services company. As a member of the executive team, Dr. Boyd led efforts to grow the company from a small business to medium size business, quadrupling revenues over a 4 year period. To accommodate tremendous growth, Dr. Boyd directed numerous infrastructure and process improvements to enhance the efficiency of company operations, increasing customer satisfaction and decreasing risk.

Over the course of his career, Dr. Boyd has served 15 years in executive management. He has over 25 years of experience in the Information Technology services industry and has worked in small and large businesses alike. Dr. Boyd holds a PhD in Communications from Washington State University.
