General Benefits

Paid Leave
Employees accrue personal leave per year which can be used for vacation and for family or personal illness. In addition, employees receive 10 paid holidays per year. In support of IntelliDyne’s spirit of giving back, employees receive 8 hours paid time off per year to support an organization or charity of choice.
Tuition Assistance program
We pay for job-related college courses, with reimbursement based on grades. Employees earning an A get 100% reimbursement; B’s earn 90%; C’s earn 70%.
Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance
IntelliDyne provides health care and dental insurance through a Preferred Provider Network. The PPO lets you choose from a wide range of doctors, with small co-payments and no forms to submit. Preventive care includes annual physicals and well-baby check ups. Our prescription coverage lets you purchase generic prescription drugs for $10 and brand names for $30. You can also order long-term prescriptions through the mail. Additionally, IntelliDyne offers a vision plan with low co-pays for routine vision exams and lenses.

IntelliDyne offers free disability and life insurance.
Retirement Savings
IntelliDyne encourages employees to contribute a tax-deferred portion of their income to a 401(k) plan, including mutual funds managed by Great West. IntelliDyne pays all administrative costs. Company contributions to an employee’s 401(k) account are subject to a 3-year graded vesting schedule.
