Mr. Kenneth K. O’Neal has been announced as the Chief Operations Officer at IntelliDyne, LLC. Mr. O’Neal joined the company in March of this year.
Mr. O’Neal was selected for his comprehensive professional background in the private and public sectors where he worked for technology service providers to government and commercial customers. He has experience with large scale public companies as well as small start-up organizations and understands the many nuances of both.

Mr. O’Neal’s responsibilities will include the development of IntelliDyne’s operations and capture management strategy and execution, focusing on growing relationships in existing accounts and generating new business for the 10 year old company. Mr. O’Neal will play a pivotal role in the continued development and execution of IntelliDyne’s long term corporate strategic planning, focusing on consistent revenue and employee growth over the next 10 years.
Mr. O’Neal has served in senior level and executive management positions at Fortune 500 organizations as well as SBA certified small disadvantaged 8(a) businesses. While serving as Chief Operating Officer at an 8(a), the company grew from a 2 year old start-up to a viable business with over $195 million in annual sales and multiple contract vehicles available to support future task orders and continued growth.
