IntelliDyne Recognized for AWE-Some Workplace, Health & Wellness Excellence

Falls Church, VA — April 21, 2014 —The Alliance for Workplace Excellence has just announced its 2014 Annual Award Winners, and IntelliDyne, LLC, is proud to share its two category awards in the 2014 Workplace Excellence Seal of Approval and The 2014 Health & Wellness Seal of Approval for 2014. This is the second time that IntelliDyne has been widely recognized for its thriving award-winning corporate culture.
The Alliance for Workplace Excellence (AWE) will host their Annual Awards Luncheon on May 20, 2014 from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Bethesda North Marriott Hotel and Conference Center. The event will honor the recipients of the 2014 AWE Workplace Excellence Seal of Approval, Health & Wellness Seal of Approval, EcoLeadership Award, and Diversity Champion Award. The event is anticipated to have approximately 400 business executives in attendance, primarily from Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia.
All award recipients undergo a rigorous assessment process led by an independent review panel of business professional and master’s and Ph.D. level students in the fields of business, industrial and organizational psychology, human resources, environmental science and public health.
The theme for this year’s event is “Equality and Empowerment in a Diverse Workforce.” The awards luncheon will feature a key note address by Maureen Gormley, Chief Operating Officer at the National Institutes of Health Clinical Center. Additionally, the event emcee will be award-winning journalist Leon Harris from ABC7/WJLA-TV. AWE will host two morning panel discussions from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., prior to the luncheon. The discussions will be focused on “Gen Y/Millennials in the Workplace” and “Best Workplace Practices for Supporting Workers of All Abilities.” The panelists will be comprised of business professionals with extensive subject matter expertise.
