SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e) Prime Contract
IntelliDyne has been awarded SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e) Multiple Award Contract (MAC) by the U.S. Navy to provide a range of technical support services. SeaPort-e is an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle that provides a standardized, efficient means for Naval divisions to solicit offers from amongst the diverse population of large and small businesses. With the goal of harnessing power and navigating change, SeaPort-e is the Navy's electronic platform for acquiring professional service solutions in 22 functional areas including, Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management.

Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense (Health Affairs), TRICARE Management Activity (OASD(HA)/TMA) TRICARE-Acquisition, Automation, & Resource Management Support (T/AARMS)
IntelliDyne was selected as one of six companies awarded the TRICARE Acquisition, Automation, and Resource Management Support (T/AARMS) contract on behalf of the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense (Health Affairs)/TRICARE Management Activity (OASD(HA)/TMA). The T/AARMS contract has a one-year base period with nine option periods and runs through 2017. The T/AARMS contract is composed of five task areas: Administrative Support Services; Procurement Support Services; Systems and Database Management; Budget, Financial, and Cost Estimation Services; and Information Technology Services, Facilities, and Support.
US Department of Justice Information Technology Support Services (ITSS) IV
IntelliDyne has been selected as one of the prime contractors for the DOJ ITSS-4 program designed to deliver state-of-the-art IT services for the DOJ and its agencies on an IDIQ task order basis. The scope of the contract is to fulfill a wide range of requirements encompassing a schedule of 41 supports services. Designated as a Multiple Agency Contract (MAC), the ITSS-4 vehicle is available nationwide and overseas for all Federal agencies to satisfy their IT requirements, within the scope of the ITSS-4 contracts. The principal purpose of the contract is to provide the IT labor in support of a wide range of IT related tasks and processes; a secondary purpose allowed under the contract includes the acquisition, delivery, installation, warranty, maintenance, or upgrade of IT hardware, IT software, IT communications technology, or other equipment & supplies integral to a specific task effort.
Department of Homeland Security Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading Edge (EAGLE) Solutions
Aerient, LLC, a joint venture of three businesses including IntelliDyne, has been selected as a prime contractor under the small business track of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading Edge (EAGLE) solutions program. This contract award, within EAGLE functional category 2, Operations and Maintenance, allows Aerient to compete on future task order solicitations in the DHS program. In addition to our prime contract small business award, IntelliDyne is also a subcontractor to Nortel Government solutions under functional category 5 of the full and open EAGLE contract.
General Services Administration (GSA) IT 70 Schedule
As a services provider to the Federal Government, IntelliDyne maintains a GSA Schedule. The schedule includes our labor service rates, as well as a leasing service and a number of leading IT products technologies that have been identified as appropriate to the current or future mission of the clients we service.
Defense Information Systems Agency Encore II
IntelliDyne’s teaming partner CACI has been awarded a prime contract for DISA’s Encore II program. This IDIQ contract provides technical solutions for the DoD in support of its migration to an integrated and interoperable Global Information Grid (GIG), as well as other Federal agencies having similar IT migration and integration needs. Team CACI is positioned to deliver outstanding solutions and new customers to Encore II. Our large business teammates include both full-service providers and product providers.
GSA Veterans Technology Services (VETS)
IntelliDyne is a subcontractor to the ProSol on the VETS GWAC. This contract is a small business set-aside contract for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned (SDVO) small technology firms. It is the result of Executive Order 13360 that is designed to strengthen Federal contracting opportunities for SDVO technology firms.
Veterans Affairs (VA) Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology (T4)
Under this $12B VA contract, IntelliDyne is a subcontractor to FirstView Federal. Services on this contract include program planning and management, systems and software engineering, cyber security, operation and maintenance, and support to facilities.T4 is a five-year IDIQ program to meet the full range of VA’s long-term technology needs to modernize services through systems engineering, lifecycle-based IT including cyber security, LAN/WAN management, and technical facilities support. The T4 program consists of 15 prime contracts, including four reserved for SDVO small businesses and three reserved for Veteran-owned small businesses.
State of Maryland Consulting and Technical Services (CATS II)
IntelliDyne has held this State of Maryland Contract Vehicle since 2009. The Department of Information Technology (DoIT) has issued the CATS II contract vehicle due to the state's Department of Budget & Management continuing requirement for IT consulting and technical services.
Air Force Contracted Advisory and Assistance Services IV (CAAS IV)
IntelliDyne is a sub to ITility on the Air Force $4.7B CAAS IV IDIQ contract vehicle. CAAS IV requires Management and Professional Support Service; Studies, Analysis, and Evaluations; and Engineering and Technical Services in order to support and improve policy development, management, administration, and the operation of systems to meet Headquarters (HQ) Air Combat Command (ACC), HQ Air Force (HAF), Secretary of the Air Force (SAF) organizations, Air Force Office of Special Investigations (AFOSI), and the Office of Secretary of Defense (OSD) mission requirements throughout the US.
