IntelliDyne’s Chief Executive Officer, Tony Crescenzo, was recently asked to speak to over 300 transitioning military members at the Veteran Employer Transition Summit (VETS) at Fort Myer in Arlington, VA. The recruiting event was hosted by the NVTC Veterans Employment Initiative (VEI), in partnership with Virginia Values Veterans (V3).

In 2009, IntelliDyne, LLC was faced with a half-million dollar increase in its healthcare costs. Concerned about how this would impact the company, the executive team instituted a wellness program that would control cost, maintain quality healthcare and help IntelliDyne employees become educated healthcare consumers. Within the first year, IntelliDyne invested more than $20,000 in the “iTHRIVE, Healthy Eating, Active Living” program, offering free health risk assessments, blood pressure and cholesterol checks, weight screening and BMI screenings.
IntelliDyne, LLC has announced it has received its V3 (Virginia Values Veterans) Certification. The Virginia Values Veterans (V3) Program is a Commonwealth of Virginia, Department of Veterans Services Program. The V3 Certification process assists companies in implementing strategies on how to acquire, maintain and care for veterans within their organization.
